Everything was very good, including amazingly friendly and excellent staff at the check-out. There was a lot of outstanding meals. It was huge, big size and with a garden view. The hotel's location was perfect, next to the restaurant and the train station

Exceptionally friendly place with caring and attentive staff at the check-out, appreciated it. The twin room we stayed in was spotless and fashionable. The hotel was in a convenient location next to one other onsen, the mountains of Hakone, and the taxi.

the units were newly renovated and stylish with outside hot spring bath. the location is lovely, to the bus lines that traverse the hakone area.

Overall, it's lovely place for exploring Hakone attractions. The room is newly renovated with an incredibly beautiful view of the mountains surrounding the hotel. Climate control, a personal safe, and flat-screen TV are available. A bus stop is short walk from the property, remote location. Must say thanks a lot, would book here again.

The hotel was exceptional, as for me everything was fantastic. The staffs were attentive & hospitable. My reasonably large and stylish room came with large windows and outside hot spring bath, for instance. I went to a great restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the authentic dishes. Strongly recommend this place and would stay here again.

It is in peaceful and convenient location to Overlook, set walking distance from the hotel. The room is newly remodelled, comes with comfortable beds, fantastic view, a private bath a garden.

We had an amazing time staying at this place! The hotel room was impressive with so many facilities and perks. We particularly enjoyed the location as it was close to a bus stop in the valley which made it easy to get around. The service and housekeeping were also top-notch, and the staff were very friendly. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink which was a nice touch. The terrace provided beautiful views of the surrounding area. The room amenities were of high quality, and we appreciated the in-room safe, electric kettle, and free toiletries.

Everything was very good, this hotel had fashionable rooms and its breakfast was great! I appreciated a nice restaurant with a vegetarian menu.

The a twin room that we stayed in was reasonably large and spotless. The breakfast was great and offered a huge variety of outstanding food. That hotel was in a lovely location, in the mountains of Hakone. And it was also not far from the lake and town, the bus lines that traverse the Hakone area and Matsuzakaya Honten. Stayed here for 2 nights and did not want to leave.

Location: the property was really close to the restaurant during the night shift and the Onsen.
